How long does it take to setup towers

According to the sentech website some parts of centurion was set to be up in the first quater of 2004 but has now moved to the third
How long does it actually take then to setup a tower ...
Wish sentech could up their website so ppl can see what progress has been made and what they are working on.

I don't think Sentech is to blame. It's the burocratic wheel that must turn. Enviromental Inpact studies, putting a fiber/microwave link in to Jhb, finding a BEE company to contract out to, helping the BEE company to find a skilled person to do the actual job.
