I'm in week 4 now after placing an order with CISP. They keep blaming Evotel, saying it's been "escalated to the highest support level'. That's the same story for weeks and weeks now. (This despite the fact that there is a line that is already installed, but they can't find my address on their system - they confirmed though that they can see there's an installed line.) How much longer must I wait? I've even tried to cancel the order but that request is just being repeatedly ignored.
