Hey guys,

Whats up? it's ye boy! lol

I just want to know how long does it take for your muscles to break start breaking down due to inactivity?

In the first week of this month I noticed a spider bite (Very, very unlucky) and I have not had a proper exercise week since then. Now this week I have the damn flu or a cold. (clogged nose, sore through, coughing) so not at the gym. I have however gone to the gym maybe once a week or so and did some jogging now and then and did some planks or push ups now and then.

Been drinking my Whey and Creatine daily though. missed a few days.

But yeah, about how long?

You are actually talking about muscle atrophy not break down.

Break down happens every time you gym. It's the healing after break down that builds muscle.

With a decent fillet, and a decent knife, it's a few seconds to make a lekker cut of meat that you can grill, fry or braai.

there's this thing called Google, use it :p

Stop worrying about kuk, and just go gym. At 60kg you probably don't have muscles to "break down" anyways, so why worry.
