How long does Vumatel take to reprovision?

Moved into a flat and the ont has been changed.

Apparently it must now be reprovisioned before I can activate a connection with my isp.

Any idea how long this takes?

With Vumatels new system it does not take long unless there is an issue with the order completion on their side

Nope .... might be easier to get a ticket to Mars than actually speaking to a human at Vuma

which area are you in?
some of VUMA's area have capacity issues whereby they cannot add any extra connections until such time that they upgrade their infrastructure

Rosebank. Flat had an active connection. They just changed the ont. So I doubt it's a capacity issue as I'm not adding to the pre existing load.
