How long for dobroadband?

Hi

I have a oneprice acc with cybersmart atm and I'm looking to change to do2 asap. I'm going to cancel with cybersmart this month, which means i will have their service until the end of next month (30 day cancellation notice crap).

I just need to know roughly how long it will take for the do2 package to be up and running so that i can time the order to have as little downtime as possible. Will already having adsl make the whole process faster?

I contacted Telkom and they said you'd have to contact your existing provider to inform them of your wish to switch back to Telkom. I experienced no downtime as a result. It may help to inform Telkom that you wish to switch to Do2 when they have "control" over your DSL line again.
