How long have you been playing WoW?

http://As gamers we are constantly searching for that next title that will completely blow us away. This search is never ending and it is inevitable that no one game will satisfy a gamer forever, even with fresh content updates regularly. A lot of us invest years of our lives into games, until one day we just burn out. The perfect example of this is World of Warcraft, having played since Vanilla I have spent a good six years on and off with this one game. In the beginning, it was life changing and every corner I turned there was something new and exciting to explore. I must give credit to WoW as while it wasn't the first MMO I played, it was the first title to change my views about subscription models.

4 - 5 years. I actually posted on here the day I started I think. I'll search it quickly :D
 
December 2005 for me on Ravenholdt, a year later in August I moved to the carebears
 
Hmmm think you should rather ask... who has played this game for X amount of years non-stop... many people stop ... take a year break, then return. That doesnt really justify accurate WoW raiding time !
Pitbull, did'nt you just return from a WoW break ?

Yea I did.

No idea for how long none stop though. I took an odd break here and there.

I take a wow brake everyday I call it work.
 
4 years, -5months last year. doesnt feel that long though. life has been cheaper though :D more time spent at home than going out etc
 
I've started during TBC while it was 2.4.3, so around August 2008.

There has been a couple of months where I was taking a break. Longest was about 2 months though.
