How long to set up a router?

If its an on-site thing then it might be considered more reasonable. Though I don't see any mention of on-site in the OP.

yep if the Techie has to come out to configure it on your property then R250 is cheap
most on site visits charge at least R350 for the first hour
and that is the cheap ones and it is the same for being on site 5 minutes
