How long to wait before I can use my data bundle after requesting it?

I am on an MTN Mycall 75 topup contract with Autopage cellular as my service provider. Yesterday I bought a 100MB data bundle and I got an sms which said I should wait 24 hrs before I got the bundle, but right now it's already 15 hrs and still no data bundle, the guy I spoke to yesterday who is from autopage cellular told me that usually my data bundle will be credited next month on the 17th together with the R75 airtime I get every month. Is that how is works? Am I not supposed to get a data bundle immediately or at least after 24 Hours?
 
MTN SP instanlly adds it! You should think of changing!
 
You might still wait much longer,my 100mb was loaded on the 7th,tday is 23rd,stil not avail ,more than 100 cals to 808,sometimes i was refered to 173...the closest i came to a resolution was when one of the agent adviced me to log a query for a refund...im paying an out of bundle rate now

These Autopage people just told me that it's actually 24 "working" hours, geez!!! 24 working hours? While MTN and Vodacom service providers can do it in minutes, what is wrong with Autopage cellular SP's?
