How long will this take? (approx)

Greetings.'

So Telkom popped around the other day and said there is a prob between our line and the exchange so we have been routed to another exchange until the "cable guys" come fix it,we were warned that the speeds would be slowish, unfortunately he could not give me an exact date as to when it would be sorted.

anybody else has had this happen or know how long it could take? the speed is suuper *** atm!. mweb deal with our line and adsl package.

*Web browsing is mad slow and downloads are like 1kbps?.

You included a screenshot of your local connection speed, has nothing to do with your ADSL

Not sure how long it will take, but it does take a few weeks for new cable etc
