How long would it take?

Sorry for bothering people. My 3G contract is done so I have to cancel it now, I would just like to know how long it takes from when I call the .i.e. if I call today, when will it stop working, because I don't want to cancel it now if that would mean I wouldn't be able to use it for half a month (I would like it to end at the end of a month).

In my experience, that depends... do you mean you are already out of the contract period? You need to give them 2 months notice to cancel the contract if you are still in the contract period. If you are already out of the contract period, however, you should be able to tell them to cancel it from the end of next month (in other words, one calendar month notice). This may differ with different service providers, though...
