How long WA?

This isnt a bashing/complaining thread I just want to know how long it will take to activate a prepaid package from webafrica?
I bought a package today probably around 12 and I got emails with the tax info and also an email saying that the payment was successful(ETF).
After waiting about 2 hours the client page still says that the package is queued. Now I not sure what to do, I tried to go to the active chat thing, I selected the adsl option but nothing happened.
Basically I just want to know how long does it take to "activate" it so I can use it.(Saturday 4:33PM)
P.S I know its saturday and the banks are well.......slow but WA still said the payment went through so.....

I bought one around 10 am this morning. It was up and running about 5 minutes later. Try rebooting your router.

Prepaid should be instant, my axxess was activated once i got the email, which was 2 minutes later

OK this is just sad either im really slow or WA is.
A whole day has gone by and I still cant use my prepaid.
On my client page it still says that my pending service request is queued and not awaiting activation. I added a message to the ticket they sent me about the payment going through and my info being updated.I told them that I cant use my package yet because its still in queued. I also asked them about the usernames and passwords if its like XXXX@wadsl(with no .com or .co.za) but I havent gotten a reply ticket.
The client page also says that my current balance is -R70 but they emailed me and said everything went through??????
Hopefully a WA rep sees this.
