When one of the techies installed my ADSL line, after a glass of cola, we talked about ?elkom service. He stated they are far from be a world class Telecoms company. He also stated that this call centre system they have is a total disaster and is one reason ?elkom have a bad customer care relationship. The best of all is the fact we would be surprised to know how many ADSL removal or disconnection requests get serviced !!!!!!!!!
