Well first I was annoyed then I was irritated, and then finally decided I had enough and walked up to a, I presume mtn tower and took a whizz.( last part not true)
Well seriously, since the inception of their one day unlimited bundle was been released.Nothing but trouble.
They eventually sorted the early teething problems. However some still remain and the call center has no idea what I am talking about.
I use a GRPS connection as that is what is available in my area it does support edge but that is like never ever ever ever available not even at 2 am.
So most of the times I get around the 11.95 Kilobyte mark on average yet that isn't even stable my constant jumps back and forth.
So I use my I day bundles to download updates for my software and game development tools.
So what happens when I get to the 150mb limit, well theoretically nothing my max download speed is 11.95 Kilibytes so it should not effect me.However it does after the 150mb the download speed in is even more unstable than before and then the average speed is 7.97 Kilobytes. Why?
Then this weekend I loaded 1 day bundles on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Well Friday worked without any problems except the whole lets reduce his connection from shyte to absolute shyte.
Then from the last 3 bundles my average speed has been 2.3 kilobytes be 1pm in the afternoon or 1am the morning the connection is useless I didn't even reach the 150mb mark on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
In fact it has taken 19 hours to download 120mb +- . 350mb has taken 55 hours.
Phoned coverage help desk nope not a network problem.Needless to say data support could not help me or had no idea what I was talking about.
There some thing I am missing, it is not like I am abusing the network at 11.95 Kilobytes.
What gives? Who should I call?
