I remember in the early days of the forum we tried Telkom to disclose how much bandwidth was available per user - and they flatly refused to disclose such sensitive data.
Being capped I know why - they would be laughing stock in the international community if they disclosed just how little bandwidth they made available.
Over the past few days, the capped traffic is just getting worse and worse.
Telkom, be brave and disclose exactly how much bandwidth your provide per capped user on the international leg!
Ok - I don't expect any answer because I know the are just a bunch of chickens running clueless in a coop!
