How much bang do you get for your buck?

Telkom Isp Adsl accounts are soft capped. How much bang do you get for your buck, on a 3gb account what do you avg before being cut off, e.g. on average how far can you go over your cap.

Can users please post what they are allowed to go over, a monthly avg if you will. The most you have been able to go over and the least you have been capped at.
