I drank half a bottle Comming home from Koppies over december holidays ( driving )
My brother in law drinks it when he goes to Zimbabwe.

Was a 200ml bottle was told ,was told only half a 100ml bottle
Driving with 3 kids in the Car WAS fine ,Dident feel like leaving them all on the roadside ,

20 min trip to School in the mornings I Need more than Bioplus ;-)

As an architecture student i am automatically the grand master of such topic. If you dont believe me find an architecture student/architect and ask them. Most of my class knows what it is like to not sleep for 3 DAYS. Mcnabs energy tabs helps for like the first 18hours. Bioplus helps after about the first 36hours. After that well its pretty much prayer time. These energy supplements really do help jacksh1t. But then again an architecture student in third year pulls an all nighter every 4 out of 7 days every week for months you do build your own stamina!!
