So my MD101 2012 MBP 13" started giving keyboard issues, specifically the 4 R F V keys, they work intermittently.

Im sure some have had this done so how much am i looking at? PS: I have the US model, can they source the correct part?

Thanks.

Also, does the keyboard replacement include the top keys as well or is it just the bottom assembly?

Entire keyboard prepair to pay a lot. If only some cleaning and key caps then not so much, IIRC I read someware that WeFix charged somebody R60 or so per key cap.

Where are you situated,if you are in Cape Town i charge R1500 to change the just keyboard and i do have the US layout one.You could change the whole bottom assembly buy that would be pricey.

Yea I need the bottom part changed, the keys are fine but the actual keyboard is not working properly, I think this includes the led lights.

The backlight is separate from the keyboard so it doesn't need to be changed. What you need is only the keyboard.Changing the complete bottom part is overkill and costing you money.

This is what you need.
