For my business I currently use the following:
3 x Dedicated Servers @ Hetzner (Windows 2012) - R5070 per month
1 x Cloud Server @ Afrihost (Windows 2008) - R410 per month
2 x Cloud Servers @ ISIgnite (Windows 2012) - R850 per month
The dedicated servers run my business critical applications (IIS, SQL Server, MySQL), and the cloud servers I use for auxiliary services like primary DNS, seconday DNS, mail server and backup mail server.
