Im pretty sure some of you forumers know what a ballpark figure might be? (im based in cpt btw)

I got my Labret not too long ago, cost me R200 but I'm in Pretoria. Shouldn't think the price difference should be that much. Prince Alberts go for around R350

If you do get one make sure the bar isn't metal. I forget what the plastic is called, but get the plastic one. I end up biting mine a lot, especially when I'm thinking or asleep.

Its not painful at all, I found it to be a ponderously pleasant feeling.
