How much does Telkom really makes

Ever wondered how much Telkom really makes out of bandwidth if you keep in mind that they actually charged TWICE for most of the bandwidth used?

ADSL user pays for 3gb bandwidth and visit a local website where he downloaded 3gb of data and the website owner must then also pay Telkom for the same bandwidth.

If the website is hosted at Telkom they get a hell lot more money from the website owner. If hosted by someone else such ISP earn only part of the cost while the rest goes to Telkom.

Considered the CLEAN profit for Telkom on hosting and ADSL now why the hell are they so expensive?

Because they can be... No COMPETENT regulator to tell them any different... No one else has access to SAT3/SAFE... Oh and they are evil money grabbing B@stards...
