I could not get even R6000 for my PC so i gave up selling it. :-/.

Socket 775 is not near dead. I'm still maxing it out with my Q6600 (Intel's first quad CPU).

I have some stuff here that you might be interested in, will be a very nice upgrade to keep your 775 going strong:
