Google has revealed how much it paid the researcher who bought and owned Google.com for one minute on Google Domains.

... that their initial financial reward to Sanmay was $6,006.13 (it spells out Google, numerically).

It's just you - for everyone else it's the comma being used as the delimiter between the hundreds and the thousands that's messed up.

They were obviously attempting to be as inaccurate as possible.
