With all the talk about electricity, water, telephone, petrol, etc prices, I am wondering what the government's (central, regional and local) contribution to usage is.
I assume that these entities DO pay for their usage, or are they merely charged and the payments are written off?
How has government's usage of these services changed over the last 20 years? Is government doing anything to reduce consumption?
The bottom line is that the tax payer is the one coughing up for any excesses.
