So I have a little cute ADSL USB modem here, got it from a friend before they moved to London. It's a Microcom AD 2622, the problem is I can't find Vista or Windows 7 drivers for it and it seems like the company/manufacturer doesn't exist anymore. :(

I do however have the CD that comes with it and the drivers support Windows XP and lower. I have tested it on Windows XP mode on Windows 7 and it works perfectly.

So the question is, what's it worth?

Yes that's a Incredible Corruption Price tag, must have been bought before Vista came out.

It's worth less than the time I spent looking at the pics

It's not worth the bandwidth you wasted on posting the pics.

It's a pitty I can't find windows 7 drivers for it else I would of kept it, will post it on the classifieds for like R50.

Compatiblity mode?

Edit: you should NOT be allowed to sell that.

It doesn't even support ADSL2+ (limited to 8Mbps download), probably won't support any recent operating system, is less functional than an ethernet connected ADSL modem. Need I go on?

Give it away on FreeCycle, that's about the best you can do with it :-)

As I said above I am not able to find drivers, but like I said below I will look again later today.

The not supporting ADSL2+ isn't really a problem since the majority of South Africans don't have higher than 8Mbps downstream and 1Mbps upstream, most likely due to the fact that it's USB 1.1. The main problem with it is the Operating system support, will look later today again if I can't get drivers, if I can I will keep it because it's so small it fits in my pocket :D

More interested in the Web Africa notepad :p

384kbps account, and even if you did steal the details it's locked to my telephone line ;)
