How much paid leave do you get and does it increase?
What is the general policy in South Africa?

I know in SA the min. is 15 days. Do some companies generally offer higher or do they add leave after a period of time? What is the max. leave?

Municipality. Part of our basic conditions of service. Everyone in every department gets the same.

Had a lot expire though over the years as you have to take a certain amount of the yearly allocation.

But I couldn't be bothered. Only take some leave over Dec/Jan holidays to spend with the family.

dont feel bad. I work on contract for a big company still get only 18 plus public holidays

As many as I want. Sadly business can suffer if I don't feel like working so basically 0 days a year
