How much sleep you really need each night

Speaking to Inc, research associate Conor Wild explained that the results show that most people ideally need between seven and eight hours of sleep each night
He said that those who exceed the maximum suggested sleep time ware equally as impaired as those who sleep too little.
Wild said that the researchers were not 100% sure why this was the case, adding that he would continue to analyse the massive trove of data for answers.
