How often do I need to call Vodacom for a statement?

My folks moved into to a new place two years ago, but it's proving impossible to get a statement from VC.

I have called 111 a few times to do a change of address, received one statement so far, that was a few months ago. I'm a sad panda/duck :cry:
 
Pm me the name contact number and vodacom account / cell number and i will be in touch early tomorrow morning.

Also the contact persons name.
