15K kms or once per year. Those two seem to happen within a month or two anyway.
Except my previous car. Serviced it in March 2020, sold it in August 2023 with only an extra 6K kms and no service in-between.

Until Covid I had never ever hit an annual service in my life, so it was always by the book.

Post covid with modern oil being what it is and being out of warranty I take it in on the mileage interval which is 10,000km on the bike and 15,000km on the car.

Under warranty I'll do their song and dance.

So I guess it's mileage interval or every two years...which I doubt I'll ever manage to do anyway because that's less than a tank a month.

When I used to drive more often than I do now, it would be every 15 000km which worked out to about 3 or 4 times a year

Now I don't drive so much so its usually every year

My VW Caddy was 3 or 4 times a year (15 000km service intervals), the new bakkie I bought to replace it will probably end up being 5 times a year (10 000km service intervals)

I have not heard of 0W-50 being used before, is that what Honda says in the manual?

Our car's service schedule is once a year or every 15 000km, whichever comes first. The once a year always comes first because we drive only about 10 000km per year. In November it went in for the 75K service, but the odometer just above 60K mark at that time.

I wish the schedule was only every 15 000km, then I could stretch the services over a longer period.

Huh? How does it increase performance? It's also grease and not fluid?

Unless you meant CVT?

Oil and filter change around 10 to 15,000km. Just about to do one now actually. Prety good on that at least.. But this Magnetec is getting pricey now.. R600 for 5lt.

Rest of the service stuffis when i see fit with mileage done down dirt roads.
2002 Corsa B.. Around 350,000km on it... Not sure... Odo quit years ago..
