As far as I know it is one IP per session. So if you stay connected you will have the same IP for the duration of your login. So the helpdesk says.

what i was wondering is if i stay connected all the time how often do they throw you off or what ever they do to force an ip change, or do they just wait for the systems to f**k out first?

I've stayed connected for 7+ days and had the same IP for the duration... only when I disconnected did it change.

According to a very reliable source, they do not kick you off or try to change IP's. It is just that you dont get to stay logged on for long enough to keep the same IP. In theory, if you manage to stay connected for a year(fat chance) you will retain that IP.
