How to access a Mweb Router

Hello All

We recently received our new Billion router from Mweb. I can ping the IP of 192.168.1.254 but how do I access it ?
The person who handed me the router this morning mentioned something about a port of 2808 or something like that.

Have been trying to access using http://192.168.1.254:2808 and all combinations I can think of.
Does anyone perhaps know what the port is for me to access the router admin page please?

If its one of the Business/Static IP routers from them they generally dont hand out credentials to get in

Yes we are a Mweb Premium client. Well I will need to access the router so I can add our new ADSL dial up details. I have sent an email to support but know from experience I possibly won't hear anything from Mweb for days/weeks and was hoping to get this done today. Thanks Though.

They SSH in and make changes,i've been able to wangle access by demanding it through our Business Rep at Mweb since their response times are so abysmal
