How to access CCTV camera system

Changed, to Pure Fiber, and I can no longer access my CCTV camera system from outside.

What do I need to do, to make this work again.

Contact support and request a public IP address.

Don't do that. Rather use a Tailnet.
A public IP address will expose you to risks that you might not have the capability to manage. I got burnt myself.
