How to access locked S4 Mini with broken screen

Hi guys

A colleague of mine managed to damage her S4-mini's screen in such a way that it doesn't display anything. I downloaded Kies to try and assist her to access her contacts from this phone to her replacement (for some reason she didn't enable backup to her Google account).

Upon connection to Kies it turns out she's got a lock on the phone and the software cannot access the contents before being unlocked.

Any suggestions? I was thinking screen mirroring or Bluetooth transfer via Rainbow Contacts, but the main problem remains - I need access to the screen to enable wi-fi or Bluetooth.

She's got insurance on it and plans to repair the old phone, but has to wait for the repairs to be authorized. In the meantime she's without any contacts - she is in the HR department and is really struggling - Just thought there might be a way to help her sooner.
