How to activate free 1GB data with Afrihost?

Hi. Just signed up with Afrihost on a capped account. How do I activate the free 1GB data via ClientZone?

Sign up for a new connectivity package, pull down from the list the 1Gb free package, and you're all set.

When I try to sign up it says 'username already exists!'

Log into your client zone and add 1gb package, choose the free option.

Besides the new connectivity package under the connectivity menu, there's no option anywhere in ClientZone to activate the free 1GB???

No, you dont activate the free 1gb.
You sign-up for a 1gb package which is free.

Three easy steps :

Log into ClientZone

Click on this button (I've used the new ClientZone)



Then you click on this button



And, finally, pull the list down and select the free option...

I've followed the step by step guide but it still requesting me to insert my username and when I do, it says 'username already exists!'

Use a different username then! Something like [email protected]
