How to add second profile to FNB app?

Currently my personal FNB account is linked to the FNB app to my phone. I recently opened a business account, different online banking logins than my personal account, and now want to link that account to the app as well. How do I go about doing that? Looked all over the app and couldn't see an option to add another profile.

Open the app and select the 3 lines on the Top left of the screen, then select switch user.

I have 1 FNB account with 2 credit cards linked to it, 1 for me, 1 for the wife.
Is it possible to have her install the FNB app and use it as well even though i'm the account holder?

I’ve got the same question. Except it’s for “Shared” savings accounts.. so we can both view the balance and transact with the savings if need be. Each from our own separate FNB login details/ apps.

This you can definitely do.

Not sure on the cards question though.

You just create the secondary profile from the website.

I have primary details with my FNB.

When you say create secondary profile, do you mean an additional login for each of us? If so then this isn’t what I’m looking for.

I’d like to be able to see the shared savings account/s from each our primary logins - so no other logins needed just a shared account so when we login to our banking app we can view the account/s.

If that makes sense?

May need to visit a branch but I’m sure they could do it for you.

I've just come across a "New" Permissions feature on my savings account, which I hadn't seen before. It allows me to share my savings account with someone using an ID number. I tried it with my wife and successfully shared the following accounts:

- Each Savings Account
- Ebucks Account
- Cheque Account

You'll find this Permissions option within your Cheque/Fusion or Savings Account Options.
