How to boost 3G/LTE signal

How can I boost the 3G/LTE signal in my house? I can only get Edge.
I'm with MTN and I get 3G if I stand on the road.

Thanks for the suggestion, however I want to use it with my phone, so the signal needs to cover the entire house.

With my mifi device I've forced it to 3G and it works. Can't force the phone though

Mine was free.

Full bars on all phones from a base of no signal at all !!!
About 20 emails over 6 months and a call to Star Consumer Watchdog column.
I have a contract and legally must have reception......

I ended up just getting a decent 3g router and using wifi on the phones in the house.

I've bee struggling with MTN signal as Well! I really cant function at all and ive been a contract customer for 6 years now...
