How can I bulk delete iCloud emails after searching for a keyword?
I can either access the Mail app on iPad/iPhone or iCloud in the browser.
As of now the only option I can see to delete en masse is to select them but that only allows you to select a page of emails at a time, I have 15,000+ emails to delete so that isn't a feasible option.

Anyone have ideas, I can't be the first one to try this?!

The Mail app on MacOS Is selecting all 5800+ of the messages i tested this on.

I'll check on the web app now.

So on iCloud Mail App on Web if i search, it chooses whats in my view - say 60 messages. But if you scroll down (if your connection is slow, give it time) it will show more results. Just keep dragging the slide down more - as you do that you'll see it will say "X Messages Selected" and the X will increase in the thousands as you go. Then do whatever you wanted to do.

On my phone I just search the keyword, Press Select top-right and then just click on the selection dot and drag and hold towards the bottom and it just keeps going and going selecting stuff and then press delete.

Come to think of it on I’m on iOS 26 so it may just be different but it’s how I remember it working regardless.

Thanks this works great, you can select max 1998 messages at a time which is ok.
I realised I was only looking at one mailbox, I actually have 50k emails to delete but I'm halfway there already.
