How to burn local bandwidth

Anyway, I have a couple of questions about UUNET:
Is there a limit to the amount I can upload?
Are the uploads monitored by someone?
Who actually owns those servers?
 
Ok I think that Verizon Business owns it but I stand to be corrected and I saw a file hosted there uploaded by a user here of 1.3GB so im not sure about the limit but I dont think there is a limit on how much you can store. Any 1 knows Im also keen on knowing
