How can i call the EU Billing Dept? from here anyone got a number please?

+1 You should already have a headset for TeamSpeak/Vent so no issues using skype

44 is for the UK buddy not Germany, plus you may need to drop the first 0 in the number after 0044

its fine skype worked FTW, to bad the que is so long they dont even accept calls.

Try waking up at like 6am or something like that and give them a ring. It's a bitch but it's better than nothing. At least that's one thing about playing on US, when I phone them it normally goes through in like 5mins.

They are closed at 6AM, Operating hours 9:30AM till 10PM, last i called on the dot 9:30AM and was helped imediately But i got helped yesterday after 20minites on skype.

The UK Number on there contact list, and then i used skype to make the call to UK

Thats the only one thats FREE to call from skype.

I have both original CD-keys with me, one for myself and one for my partern, which do I give to them? I can not remember which one I used for whom....

Check on http://eu.blizzard.com/support Look for the UK Number and then add 44 infront then the number. I just called +448000288246 on skype and went through.

Yea that happens, you have 2 options

1. Keep trying
2. Call them early in the morning 9:30AM
