How to cancel data subscription?

Hi,

Well the vodacom buy data menu changed, and I bought a subscription by mistake, thinking it was the old standard once off data bundle.

Buy -> Data -> For myself -> Subscription (Broadband Standard) -> (How to unsubscribe???)

How do I cancel this subscription?

Try dialing *111# and looking for the subscriptions option, then choose data and you should be able to cancel from there

Give it some time. They could be doing maintenance on the USSD - noticed sometimes things vanish. Another alternative would be to log in to the Vodacom portal and do it from the dashboard instead or contact Vodacom directly toll free number
