On 4 May 2018 I signed a 24 month contract with telkom. The contract was for a 4m/s line and ISP services. Part of the contract was a router. Telkom was not my ISP at that time. I had the 4 m/s line already so basically all I did was to change my ISP to Telkom. The router never arrived with the following excuses being given:
1) No routers in stock;
2) Router have been ordered;
3) Some type of computer error;
4) I don't have a 24 month contract and
5) a month back, A ticket was created for a the order is hanging on the system.
Can anyone recommend a good ISP to whom I can switch my line and ISP.
Don't support Telkom.
