How to change/cycle vumatel connected IP address?

They did this once when it was causing all sorts of problems with websites blocking things based on the address and the guy told me how to change it myself..
Can't remember what what he told me!

You can't do it yourself. Your ISP will need to intervene and ask Vuma to do it on their side.
