How to charge back an incorrect card payment?

A few weeks ago I was shopping and the shops card machine wouldn't work so I paid cash for what I bought.

I see on my statement that I was billed on my card anyways, so I've paid for what I bought twice.

Who do I talk to about getting the money back? My bank (Capitec) or the store?

How do I prove it if I haven't got the slip?

I am incredibly stupid.

On the 'money in' tab of my statement the same amount that I was paid back to me.

Case closed, I guess.
