Firstly this is a jailbreak only tweak and I will be using a Vodacom USSD code but a quick Google should show your providers USSD codes.

1. Search Cydia for QueryUSSD, install and respring.

2. Go to Settings.app and find QueryUSSD

3. Enter *111*502# as Query 1

4. Set Activation Method(s)

5. Enjoy.
