How to check adsl data used

I used to connect to userstats.adsl.saix.net to get my data use not only day to day but during the day.
Some times I use lot of data and if I need to download again I check the day balance by switch off the router for a while and switch on again connect to saix.net and see the data balance but as I don't have this service anymore like to know where to connect to have the get this facility.

Use your ISPs portal, most have the same functionality.

If you are using Telkom as your ISP, you can opt in at telkomsa.net, easy as ticking a box if I remember correctly.
