I bought a new data contract and the sim is now in my office router. I want to check the data usage daily but if I try to check with the MTN app it requests the OTP via sms which I obviously cannot do. The useless call centre says I have to take out my sim daily and insert it in a cell (from the router which is not possible as it will mean down time).
Surely there must be an easier way?
