How to check cap

Ok...

Stupid question, but I'm using a shared Telkom DSL 3Gb connection at the house I stay at, and I suspect that I've capped out internationally. How many Gb's local do I get, and how do I check how much of that is left?

you normally get 10gigs for every 1gig of international so you probably have 30gigs.

I find it slightly amusing that the link contains the words "tit" + "rack".
