How to check data usage?

I am just wondering if it is still not possible to check your cap usage with Neotel.

Was told by my friend a while back who has NeoFlex that the only way was
a phone call and often the usage stated by that person was out-dated.

Has anything changed? E.g: online account login, etc

Usuage tracking is really easy on Neotel.

Just plug in the device, attempt to connect ... wait ... wait ... wait ... repeat as required.

Once your OS claims to connect then wait for disconnect ... you have now used 1K of your bandwidth.

Quiet easy :D
 
Neotel monthly usage up from 5.7GB to 29.8GB!!

My average usage over the first 5 months with neotel was 5.7GB, November and December I have been billed for amost 30GB, has anyone had the same problem???

I think i got over charged!! no ways did i use over 10gigs let alone the 17.5 i was charged for from dec
 
And 2morrows has still not come ...

Still no usage tracker so now I was maybe just going to pull back my cancelation but I don't know now. They can';t keep promises!
 
And the network is fscked again!

Last Result:
Download Speed: 279 kbps (34.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 694 kbps (86.8 KB/sec transfer rate)

So glad I am getting out of this
 
yeah got the same prob here in claremont. won't go above 40KB/s and last night was doing 190KB/s

now if it can stay like this I might not cancel
 
I can live with this. But what happend to the usage tracker? Another empty neotel promise!

Its not an empty promise jeanres, i spoke to you yesterday and today.

Gotta see it implemented now onto the back end system. So its here (so to say)

Pity you not really going to be around to use it since you asked me to terminate you...... lol
