How to check how much data you use?

I have an uncapped account 1mbps and would like to check my usage, Im thinking of downgrading to a capped account so I would like to know how much data I consume which software can do this for me?
 
download netlimiter
its free and works verry good
can even how u when (date and time) when u used your internet and how mutch data u used :)
 
Check your usage with your isp will be the easiest. If your isp doesn't have a log then chances are they ise saix accounts. Just check on www.saix.net.
 
ISP is maybe best and most accurate. If you make use of an application like for example Networx (free and works very well) you must have it installed on all devices and you will also need to monitor any tablet and or smartphones on the network.

Many people monitor their PC's and then forget about their phones and tablets which also use a large chunk of data depending on use.
 
Hi There,
I would go to your ISP and ask them for information over the past 6 months to give you a better idea of usage.
