How to check if router give errors?

Hi
Anyway i can check for errors on my router? I have iunshapped acc from axxess, and i ping 130-150, they tell me they see i get errors on my port and must call telkom.

I contacted openweb to see if they pick up errors also on my uncapped, but they dont pick up any.

Anyone who can help me solve my problem?

If it works fine why do anything(Dont scratch where it isnt itchy )


BUT if it drops or works seldom then do this

the itchy part is my ping, and i play games with XBOX LIVE..latency BIG thing then...
