How to check on Telkom ADSL usage

Apologies if this has been asked or discussed before. I am new to SA's ADSL service and have never had a capped ADSL service. Now have a 3 gig ADSL service from Telkom and would like to know how to check my usage.

Excuse the sarcasm, but if you know how to post on myBB, you probably know how to use Google. Did you not think of googling your subject before posting on the forum.

Speaking of the usage tracker, who in god's name thought of callign the URL /TitRacker?

I have an uncapped Telkom account. When I login to titracker I just get a horizontal bar graph indicating how I perform on a scale of "Normal User" to "Power User". I seem to be 50% full, but what the hell good is it to me?

I want to see how much I have downloaded/uploaded for this month and past months. I could do this when I was using Axxess using Internet Solutions tracking tool.

Not helpful at all.
